1. Return Period
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide a refund if the 7-day period has passed.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and Unworn: In the same condition that you received it.
- Original Tags Attached: All product tags, labels, and price tags must be intact.
- In Original Packaging: Please include the original box, pouch, or packaging.
- Have a Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Please have your order confirmation email or invoice ready.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Innerwear & Socks: For hygiene reasons.
- Personal Care Items: Such as cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products.
- Perishable Goods: Like food items.
- Gift Cards or Vouchers.
- Items on Final Sale or Clearance.
4. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., bank account, eSewa, Khalti) within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Amount: Please note that the refund amount will be for the product value only. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure our products reach you safely. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- What to do: Email us at support@jhigu.com with your order number and a photo/video of the damaged or defective product.
- We will help you: We will arrange a free pickup for the item and process a full refund or exchange as per your preference.
6. Return Shipping (For Change of Mind)
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (it’s not damaged or defective):
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Jhigu is not responsible for return items that are lost in transit.
7. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@jhigu.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the provided address.
